This gives you the security both of knowing that your lawyer will take care of everything for you and knowing how much you will have to pay.

We offer this service for uncontested divorces. What this means is that both you and your spouse agree to getting divorced and there are no disputes regarding finances or children or complications regarding locating your spouse or serving them with the papers. Should you wish us to do additional work regarding children or finances we will advise you separately regarding our fees and our cost estimate.
